Our Story

When our baby was just a month old, doctors prescribed steroid creams for her eczema. We trusted their advice, but each time we stopped the treatment the rashes returned worse than before. Sleepless nights, endless searching, and countless failed products left us feeling helpless.

After months of trial and error, we finally found something that soothed her skin and finally brought relief. What began as a homemade cream to soothe our child’s skin has grown into a mission to help other families facing topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) and eczema.

FAQs

Are your products safe for babies and children?

Yes. All our products are steroid-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and designed with children, adults, and sensitive skin in mind. The natural scent comes only from our Bulgarian rosewater.

Are your products safe for adults too?

Absolutely. While inspired by our baby’s journey, our formulas are suitable for both children and adults with sensitive, eczema-prone, or TSW skin.

Which product should I use?

If your skin is oozing/weepy, we recommend trying our drying cream.

If your skin is dry, flakey, red, and/or itchy, we recommend trying our soothing gel.

If your skin is in a “mixed” state, we recommend trying both our drying cream and soothing gel by “layering”, i.e. applying a thin layer of our drying cream followed by our soothing gel.

Please always remember to first do a patch test on clear skin!

Why do you sell a 50ml tube?

We know how costly managing TSW and eczema can be. Many sufferers try countless products in search of relief. This is why we offer a 50ml size so you can test our products affordably.

Do your products contain steroids, parabens, fragrance, or harsh chemicals?

Never. Every formula is free of steroids, parabens, and artificial fragrance. The light floral scent occurs naturally from Bulgarian rosewater with no added perfumes or masking agents.

How should I store your products?

Keep tubes tightly capped, away from direct sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.

Do you allow returns?

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns once our products are sold. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How soon will I see results?

Every skin journey is unique. Some may notice comfort quickly, while others need more time. Our products are designed to soothe your healing journey, not cure eczema or TSW. True healing takes time and products that claim “instant healing” or "instant relief" are often just marketing puff. We promise honesty, never false hopes.
